I know you have deeper roots in the Mac community than I have.  Do you know
some Mac OS X hacker who wants to earn lasting fame (in the Mnet CREDITS file)
by fixing this open issue:

I *think* the fix should be only a few minutes work, but my stumbling around
the Mac OS X developer's web site hasn't turned it up yet.
